Role overview:
As an SEN Teacher you will work with students who have a variety of learning challenges or disabilities. These may include physical disabilities, learning difficulties, communication disorders or behavioural challenges. You will have the chance of shaping well-rounded individuals, encouraging them to become compassionate, confident citizens.

You are responsible for
- Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs of students
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources
- Provide individual or small group support and guidance
- Manage student behaviour and provide interventions
- Assess student progress and learning
- Communicate with parents, colleagues and supporting staff to ensure student receives the required support
Required qualities:
- QTS or PGCE
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Professional references that validates teaching experience
- Previous experience handling SEN children
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
