About the Role
In this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support as you work alongside teachers to help students with a variety of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. Key Responsibilities
- Support Students: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance, guiding students through their daily activities and helping them engage with the curriculum.

- Encouragement and Inclusion: Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported.

- Progress Tracking: Help observe and record student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and parents.
