About the Role:

In this full-time, permanent role, you will play a key role in helping students with special educational needs achieve their best in an engaging and nurturing setting. Collaborating with a passionate team, you'll provide essential learning support, foster positive behaviour, and assist students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group support for SEN students, ensuring accessibility.
- Implement IEPs and behaviour management plans to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt curriculum resources to meet diverse needs and enhance engagement.
- Monitor student progress, providing updates to staff and parents for targeted development.
Requirements:
- Experience: SEN experience preferred; willingness to learn and support SEN students is essential.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a nurturing attitude.
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency preferred.
