A welcoming SEN college is offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals new to education but experienced in youth work, care, or personal SEN experience. You'll support learners with Autism, Down's Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay.
Main Duties:
Assist in small group sessions on communication, independence, and creative skills.
Help with personal care and meal times as required.
Build positive relationships and act as a key adult for students.
Training Provided:

Recent psychology/social work graduates.
Care workers or childminders looking to transition into education.
