Contract: Fixed-Term or Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: Immediate

A Post-16 SEMH setting is looking for an emotionally intelligent and committed TA to support learners who have struggled in mainstream or have been excluded. You will help students re-engage with learning and develop social and emotional coping strategies.

Key Focus Areas:

• Emotional regulation and behavioural support.

• Mentoring young adults through transitions.

• Supporting tailored academic and personal growth plans.

• Working closely with counsellors and therapists.

Requirements:

• Resilience and a trauma-informed approach.

• Experience with SEMH or behaviour support.

• Confidence working 1:1 with complex needs
