Contract: Fixed-Term or Temp-to-Perm

A Post-16 SEMH setting is looking for an emotionally intelligent and committed TA to support learners who have struggled in mainstream or have been excluded. You will help students re-engage with learning and develop social and emotional coping strategies.
Key Focus Areas:
Emotional regulation and behavioural support.
Mentoring young adults through transitions.
Supporting tailored academic and personal growth plans.
Working closely with counsellors and therapists.
Requirements:
Resilience and a trauma-informed approach.
Experience with SEMH or behaviour support.
Confidence working 1:1 with complex needs
