Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic development.
Offer emotional and behavioural support to students, helping them overcome challenges.
Support students with personal care needs where necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child's needs are met.
Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour.

Your Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational or care setting.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
