Working closely with individual students and small groups both inside and outside the classroom.

Implementing tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters engagement and progress.
Communicating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
