About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant in the specialist SEN school, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to students with a diverse range of learning needs. This fulfilling role involves:
- Working closely with individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom, assisting with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Implementing engaging learning activities designed by teachers, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs.
- Assisting with personal care needs (as required) with respect and sensitivity.
- Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.

About You:
- You have a genuine passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a belief in their ability to succeed.
- You are patient, understanding, and empathetic, with a warm and nurturing approach.

- Previous experience working in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
