This specialist school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible (with notice periods considered) on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). This is a term-time only position in a vibrant and inspiring day and residential school that supports approximately 90+ children and young adults across two well-equipped and welcoming buildings. Students range from ages 5 to 19 and have moderate to profound complex needs, including EBD and Autism, so the school is looking for a nurturing, resilient, and dedicated team member.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will go beyond academic support. This school is dedicated to making education not only accessible but also enjoyable, while also focusing on personal development, life skills, and overall well-being. Level 2 Diploma in teaching and learning (desirable not essential)
