Role Overview
You will assist with lesson delivery, provide one-on-one support, and help foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment.

📚 Classroom Assistance
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging, SEN-focused lessons.
- Ensure a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and share feedback with the teaching team.
Ideal Candidate
- Background: Experience with children, especially in SEN.
- Skills: Knowledge of safeguarding practices.
- Qualities: Patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
