Role Overview
You will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with lesson delivery, and offer one-on-one support to SEN students.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide personalised support to students to help them reach their academic goals.
- Foster independence and resilience through structured activities.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons designed for SEN students.
- Help maintain an organised and engaging classroom.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to working with students.
