Role Overview
You will work closely with teachers to support students with SEN in both individual and group settings. Your role will involve creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide one-on-one or group support for students with diverse needs.
- Promote student independence and resilience.
- Build a nurturing, supportive classroom environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons suited to SEN students.
- Maintain a well-organised and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in SEN.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A patient, caring, and flexible approach to working with students.
