Role Overview
In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, one-on-one assistance, and a safe, inclusive learning environment for SEN students.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide personalised support to students to enhance their learning and development.
- Promote independence and resilience through structured activities.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons for SEN students.
- Help maintain a well-organised and engaging classroom space.
- Monitor student progress and report to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach.
