Pay Rate: £14.61 - £15.38 per hour
Start Date: May 2025 (with the possibility of an earlier start)

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a supportive team dedicated to empowering students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with learning difficulties, including autism.
- Following individual education plans, behaviour plans, and care plans.
- Assisting with personal care, daily living, and social skills while promoting equality of opportunity.
- Observing, supporting, and providing feedback to students using clear and appropriate communication.

We're seeking candidates with:
- A Teaching Assistant qualification (NVQ Level 2/3).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience working with students with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
