We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. You will support students' learning and development, working closely with teachers and therapists to implement individualised education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the educational and social development of students.
Support students in mainstream classes and other settings.
Assist with personal care needs as required.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
