Role Overview
You'll collaborate with teachers to offer classroom support, provide one-on-one assistance to students, and help create a positive learning space for students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide personalised support for students to enhance their learning and development.
- Help promote independence and resilience through targeted activities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons suited to SEN students.
- Help maintain a safe and well-organised classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and report back to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience with children, preferably in SEN settings.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A flexible, caring, and patient approach.
