Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, adapting your approach to their individual learning needs.
- Contribute to developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for precise and effective support.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
- Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Establish clear communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Work with the SENCO to coordinate and implement SEN strategies effectively.
- Regularly assess the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
- Adjust teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
