Who are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for a passionate individual with experience working with children and young adults, especially those with SEN (though this is not essential). Whether you've volunteered or worked in paid roles before, your enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference are what matter most.
Key requirements:
- Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
What will you do?
You'll play a key role in supporting 1:1, small group, and whole-class learning, ensuring that every child's needs are met in a calm, positive environment. You'll help deliver engaging lessons and activities that bring out the best in each pupil, working alongside dedicated educators.
