Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Staff (TAs) to join a passionate and dedicated team. The successful candidates will work closely with teachers and other staff to support the educational and developmental needs of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Support students in the classroom, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and are able to engage in learning activities.
Work one-on-one with students to provide targeted support and interventions.
Help with classroom management and organisation, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
Assist with personal care needs of students, if necessary.
Participate in school activities and events, fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach to working with students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to drive is essential, as some travel to and from the school or related activities may be required.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are preferred but not essential.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
