Who we're looking for:
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with SEN (though this is not essential). Whether you have worked in paid or voluntary roles, your commitment to helping children succeed is what matters most.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Your Role:
You'll support children 1:1, in small groups, and in whole-class settings, ensuring that every child's needs are met in a calm and positive environment. You'll help create engaging lessons and activities that bring out the best in each student, working closely with a dedicated and collaborative team.
