Who are we looking for?
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working with children and young adults, particularly those with SEN. Whether you have experience in a voluntary or paid role, your dedication to making a difference is what matters most.
Key requirements:
- Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Your role:
You'll support students 1:1, in small groups, and in whole-class activities, creating a calm, positive learning environment that meets each child's unique needs. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and activities that help each student reach their full potential.
