Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEND.
- Assist in delivering tailored learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEND, either in a school or similar setting.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting individual learning needs.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS or ready to get one.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude.
