We are currently seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join a Construction team based on the South Coast.
With a proven track record of successful projects, you will be responsible for leading the entire bid process for projects ranging in value from £5m to £50m+ across a range of different sectors.
Your day to day will include:
... - Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid
- Follow the agreed bid management procedures and ensure they are implemented at each stage of the bid process
- Chair Bid Kick off meetings solution development and mid bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a tender period programme, communicate actions to the team and monitor progress
- Attend feedback sessions with the client and coordinate tender queries and amendments
Skills / experience:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality proposals
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
