Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst (Temporary Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)
Duration: 7 months
My client, a leading financial institution offering banking, wealth management, and investment services, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a Client Lifecycle Transformation Project. The project involves integrating and transitioning the Target Operating Model (TOM) and business processes for two recently merged entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis Planning (20%)
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation (40%)
- Requirements Management & Support (20%)
- Leadership & Relationship Management (20%)
Key Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management.
- Expertise in TOM projects and cashflow software delivery.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or Iress CommPay.
- Formal experience with Business Analysis methodologies.
Experience:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst managing complex requirements on large projects.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and data analysis.
- Strong skills in business rules analysis, decision modeling, and UI design.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or related field.
- Preferred: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Master's Certificate in Business Analysis.
