Salary: £31,900 - £36,172, assuming good attendance and 1-2 sleep-ins per month

Make a Real Impact
In this role, you'll help ensure smooth daily operations, creating memorable moments for our young people. As a shift leader, you'll also support our staff team, maintaining the highest standards and stepping up when needed to deputize for the Team Leaders. We need someone who can connect with and inspire our young people, showing compassion, resilience, and leadership that motivates the whole team.

- Salary: Base salary of £28,740 - £33,012
- Bonuses: Up to £1,760 per year for 1-2 sleep-ins per month (£80 per sleep), £1,400 Attendance Allowance (with good attendance), £1,000 Welcome Bonus after probation, and £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months
