Role Overview:
As Client Side Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial, financial, and procurement aspects of the fit out works. You will ensure robust cost control, contractual compliance, risk management, and cost optimisation across the project lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver a world-class scheme on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience (15+ years) in commercial leadership roles within high-value (£50-£100m+) residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
* Proven track record delivering super prime or notable projects.
* Strong expertise in cost control, procurement, contract law, and risk management.
* Deep understanding of JCT Design & Build Contract and Design Appointments.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate high-value contracts and maximise project profitability.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with or on behalf of Funders, Developers, or Contractors.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and manage complex commercial teams.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Law, or a related field.
* MRICS/MCIOB accreditation preferred.
This role is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm or permanent basis with an excellent day rate / permanent salary package, benefits and bonus.
