Senior / Lead Design Manager needed ASAP for D&B fit out of 5* Well known London Hotel **
Company: Fit-out Main contractor
Role: Snr Design Manager to manage the remaining 2 phases of this £100m+ fit-out project.
Rate / Salary: £300-450 a day CIS
Duties may include:
- Management and delivery of design and developing a design solution
- Ensuring the production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules to record progress, upline reporting, attending/chairing necessary meetings and workshops
Candidate Requirements:
- HNC or above in a construction or design related discipline
- Experience working on Design & Build fit-out projects
- A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!
