Duties:
- Leading and managing the document control team, ensuring efficient and effective document management.
- Developing and implementing document control procedures, ensuring project compliance.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, including drawings, specifications, approvals, and correspondence.
- Ensuring timely document distribution and managing access.
- Providing technical support and advice to the project team.
- Proactively identifying and resolving document control issues.
- Regularly reporting on document control status, ensuring transparency.
- Updating project packs and O&M manuals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Document Controller on large-scale construction projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Proven experience working with Viewpoint software.
- Excellent organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
