Role: Senior Enforcement Officer
Location : Campus East Office, WGC
Pay rate: £ 21.09 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enforcement Officer to join our team at Campus East Office in WGC. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with local bylaws and regulations, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in Local Authority Planning Enforcement department or in a professional planning role
• Experience of serving planning enforcement notices on a site owner/occupier
• Understanding of the development management process including an understanding of the role of the GPDO and Use Classes Order
• Able to interpret proposals for development, or breaches of planning control against planning policy, the policy framework and legal framework of the Town and Country Planning Acts
• Managing a demanding personal workload with conflicting priorities.

• Full UK driving licence and have access to a motor Vehicle.
