Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Leadership: Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters across all construction and property maintenance projects.
Risk Management: Identify potential health and safety risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure safe working environments.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety legislation, industry standards, and Housing Association policies.
Training & Development: Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to staff and contractors, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into any health and safety incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update health and safety policies and procedures, incorporating best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and residents to communicate health and safety requirements and address any concerns.
