Our large online gaming client is currently hiring for a Senior Manager of Responsible Gambling position. You will be reporting into the Compliance Manager and you will be mainly responsible for driving responsible gambling strategies with a focus on regulatory excellence and customer satisfaction..This is a permanent, fully on site position based in Dublin 18.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Safer Gambling team's efforts are aligned with the company's overall Safer Gambling strategy, driving impactful results.
- Collaborate with the Safer Gambling Manager and EDD Manager to ensure their teams work effectively and seamlessly.
- Partner with the Customer Support team to provide expertise and support on Safer Gambling queries, sharing updates on processes and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years managing in a highly regulated environment such as gambling, banking, insurance.
- Experience dealing with audits.
- Interest and experience with online gaming is a huge benefit,
Our client is looking to pay around €50k - €55k per year for this position depending on experience. There is also a large bonus paid out bi-annually.
