Senior Project Manager- Wilton, Redcar:
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a National Grid-related project for a freelance contract.
We can pay outside IR35
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks, roles, and responsibilities.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Act as a mentor or coach for team members, helping to develop their skills and resolve conflicts.
What we need:
- National Grid Experience
- HND/C in an Engineering background
- Previous experience in a managerial background
