Senior QS required for Developer/Contractor on residential & mixed-use new build project in North London
One of my clients is currently looking for a Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage a large new build residential and mixed-use project in North London consisting of c.200 apartments plus cinema, bowling alley and restaurants etc.
This is a new project so an opportunity to get involved from the beginning and as such, duties will include the full Surveying function from procurement, variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting / CVRs, final accounts etc, as well as leading the commercial team and managing QSs in the team.
The client is a developer/contractor who have grown over recent years and are now taking on larger projects and diversifying outside of purely residential to include mixed-use projects, student accommodation, hotels etc.
The role will pay c.£80k - £90k plus package depending on experience.
