Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial operations for planned and fire safety projects, including budget management, contract compliance, and financial performance tracking.
- Manage client and subcontract accounts, ensuring smooth progress from project award to final account.
- Oversee procurement of suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure cost-effective, timely project execution.
- Conduct periodic financial reporting, including forecasting, profit/loss analysis, cash flow, and CVR reporting.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet or exceed budget goals.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks while enhancing profitability for both companies and clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or industry qualification.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with knowledge in planned maintenance and fire risk assessment (FRA) works.
- Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in measurement, valuation, budgets, and CVR management.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and develop a small team of commercial professionals.
