We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading firm based near London Bridge, delivering exceptional design, planning, and full project management services across London.
About the Company
Our client is a renowned commercial construction specialist with a proven track record in fit-outs, refurbishments, small works, and large-scale commercial projects. They pride themselves on delivering projects that range from £2M to £4M with precision and excellence.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be:
- Overseeing two projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial performance aligns with company standards.
- Collaborating with Commercial Managers to maintain profitability and meet client expectations.
- Managing cost planning, procurement, valuations, and contract administration.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on budget while maintaining quality and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within a main contractor environment.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial projects ranging from £2M to £4M.
- Having structural refurbishment experience would be a bonus.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results.
