Quantity Surveyor
Day-to-day tasks include:
Procuring and letting subcontractor packages
Preparing and managing CVRs
Approving subcontractor payments
Managing final accounts
Collaborating with Buyers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and snag-free
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Experience with both new build and refurbishment projects up to £20M
Confident in take-offs and remeasures
Passionate about construction with a desire to learn and progress
Previous experience working for a main contractor preferred
