Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function.
Oversee cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with project teams to optimise cost-effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Provide accurate and timely project cost analysis.
Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on NEC contracts.
Strong financial acumen and expertise in budget management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel and CostX.
