A leading global financial institution is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their team and contribute to the evolution of their cutting-edge FinTech product.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features, microservices, and enhancements for a high-volume, low-latency trading platform.
• Collaborate with talented engineers in an Agile environment, driving a culture of innovation and quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security are at the forefront.
• Mentor junior developers and share your expertise in building robust backend systems.

Essential requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in server-side development using modern object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++, or C# preferred).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, algorithms, relational databases (Postgres, Oracle), and messaging technologies.
• Expertise in building low-level APIs for high-performance, latency-sensitive applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS or other modern cloud platforms).
• A passion for clean code, design patterns, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Additional requirements:

• Experience with Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and regulatory frameworks like MiFID/MiFIR.
• Knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Equity, or Equity Derivative products.
