Responsibilities:
... - As a Service Manager, you will oversee and lead criminal justice social work services within a service in central Scotland, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, justice partners, and local authorities.
- This is a unique opportunity to shape high-quality, trauma-informed services that deliver sustainable change for individuals and communities.
- You will manage the day-to-day operations while also developing strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, improve outcomes, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients, staff, and the community.
Qualifications and registrations:
- Qualified Social Worker
- SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
- A qualified social work professional with proven leadership experience in the criminal justice or social work sector.
- Strong understanding of criminal justice policies, practices, and legislation in Scotland.
