With a strong portfolio of projects valued up to £1M, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Technical Services Manager to join our team and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Overview: As the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical aspects of multiple Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that all technical services are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all technical services across multiple projects valued up to £1M each.
Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, designers, and suppliers.
Monitor and manage the project schedule to ensure all technical aspects are completed on time.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including site managers and subcontractors.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to during the installation of technical services.
Support the overall project delivery by addressing technical challenges and finding solutions as required.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems in a construction setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
A good understanding of construction regulations and safety standards.
