We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Guildford. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, handling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical PPMs as scheduled
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations certification
- Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
