One of my in-house clients are on the lookout for a permanent shift maintenance engineer to oversee a portfolio of luxury high-end appartments in the heart of London.
Duties
- PPMs across mechanical and electrical plant equipment
- Reactive maintenance across the mechanical and electrical plant equipment
- Responding to reactive call outs to guest rooms
- De-scaling shower heads
- Changing taps/sinks/toilets
- Carpentry to fixtures, doors and furniture
- Painting & decorating
- Patch repairs
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Sprinkler tests
- Basic plumbing
- Fixing leaks
- PAT testing
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical field
- Experience maintaining high-end luxury hotel / appartment environment essential
- City & Guilds 18th Edition (desirable)
- Ability to work to a fast pace and ensure there is no backlog of works on-site
Package
- 4 on 4 off days (7am to 7pm) - 12 hour shift
- £45,500 per annum + £2.5k shift allowance
