An exciting position has just become available at one the UK's state of the art Europe Research & Development Centre in Peterborough. The position is paying up to £20.13 per hour (Umbrella). The start/finish times for the role can be negotiated, however the core hours are between 09:00 and 15:00.
The role
- Arrange for shipments of products to be dispatched to customers based on available product
- Working with carriers and customers to agree collection schedules
- Send all relevant documentation for the shipments to the necessary contacts
- Prepare, submit and record the export entry for goods sent overseas

- Completes all required export documentation for repetitive transactions.
- Ensures all export entries remain compliant with HMRC and identifies and corrects any errors.
Transportation: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to manufacturing facilities and customers.
Level Working Knowledge:
* Participates in arranging transportation of goods.
* Ensures on time shipments; anticipates and resolves shipping problems.
* Works with at least one type of transportation mode and carrier.

Experience working with HMRC duty suspension schemes
