About the Role:
A key client of ours is seeking a highly organized and efficient Site Administrator to join their team and provide essential administrative support for a flagship construction project in the North East. You will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of information and documentation, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Receive, log, and distribute all project documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
* Maintain a comprehensive document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and readily available.
* Ensure the timely distribution of documents to relevant parties, including project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
* Coordinate and manage meetings, site visits, and inspections.
* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas.
* Manage the project calendar and schedule appointments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily logs, site reports, and meeting minutes.
* Manage the project email system and ensure effective communication.
* Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Subcontractor Management:
* Assist with the onboarding and management of subcontractors.
* Coordinate communication and documentation with subcontractors.
* Track subcontractor progress and performance.
* Provide general administrative support to the project team, including managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies.
* Ensure the site office is maintained in a clean and organised manner.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
