What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of site operations.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team.
- Setting out works and monitoring progress against project plans and specifications.
- Ensuring quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Preparing reports and documentation as required.
What you'll bring:
- A proven track record of working as a Site Engineer on tram or similar civil engineering projects.
- A thorough understanding of construction techniques, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
