We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a dynamic team on a high-profile office and laboratory build project in Thurrock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in office blocks and laboratory developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing site engineering and setting out for structural and architectural elements.

• Ensuring works are carried out in line with designs, specifications, and quality standards.

• Managing subcontractors and liaising with project stakeholders.

• Conducting site surveys, risk assessments, and quality control checks.

• Providing technical support and problem-solving on-site.

• Ensuring health & safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in commercial construction.
• Strong background in office block and/or laboratory builds.
• Proficiency in setting out, surveying, and using CAD software.
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and M&E coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC, HND, or Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction).
