Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manager leading maintenance contractor based in West Sussex
- Looking for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Planned/ Net Zero schemes on time and within budget
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge, able to assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery.
- Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports, assist with design solutions and ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays
- Develop relations with clients and stakeholders and provide effective management of engineers and subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind
What you will need:
- Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within Retrofit works
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- CSCS Managers card
- Knowledge of Temporary Works Procedures
- Knowledge of IT Applications ranging from Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Power Project
- A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
