We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team on a challenging and rewarding Waitrose supermarket fit-out project near Brighton. This project requires a strong understanding of construction processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient execution.

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project and minimizing disruptions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects, ideally with experience in supermarket environments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations, with a focus on retail-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering a safe and efficient work environment.
