Looking for a Site Manager to join a Reactive Major works contract based in Islington on a contract basis for at least 3 months with opportunity for long term work
£24.00 paye + mileage and permits paid for (no CIS options available)
We are after someone who has experience working on similar projects ideally on internal and external repairs projects and decorations. Undertaking reactive major works, internal and external repairs/decorations on street properties on a social housing contract
Previous work on Social housing contracts is a must
You will need:
- SMSTS
- H&S Qualification
- UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
