An established, family-run developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take the lead on a prestigious new project, valued at £3.5M.
Specialising in high-end residential developments, this company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous project execution. As Site Manager, you will report directly to the visiting Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations while maintaining direct client liaison.

Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential sector
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔️ Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations
✔️ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
✔️ A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality homes
